This is one of my go to tricks at home.
Many vegan cheeses have a lot of refined oils or preservatives in them, which aren't great for you. This is a fantastic alternative to get that cheesy fix, using just three simple ingredients: nuts, spices and nutritional yeast.

Ingredients
T = tablespoon t = teaspoon
¾ cup of raw cashews
3 T nutritional yeast
½ t garlic powder
Pinch of sea salt
Put all of your ingredients in your blender and pulse until it is reduced to a granular consistency, like parmesan. Careful not to blitz it to dust...
Scrape it out and top pastas, pizzas, scooby snacks and more with it. Keeps for at least a week in the fridge.
